On Track Mentors leverage diversified experience and knowledge of the mentors to help entrepreneurs build successful and profitable ventures.

What can I expect as an On Track Mentor?

The On Track Mentor Team, a group of one to three volunteers with key business expertise, is critical for the success of the venture. The Team helps the client businesses in many of the following ways:

  • Prove to be a reliable and confidential sounding board for the entrepreneurs during monthly meetings.
  • Provide contacts and networking opportunities to your client.
  • Support in the overall development of the entrepreneur through leadership and motivation
  • Convenience of selecting preferred time of mentoring.
  • Review marketing and financial reports at least quarterly and provide feedback and encouragement.

Unlimited Future, Inc. will act as client managers and co-ordinate the activities between Client and On Track Mentor Team. UFI will augment the efforts of the mentor by providing requisite research, track the progress of clients and  a feedback mechanism for the mentors.

Mentors are being recruited from the following groups:

Successful entrepreneurs
Certified public accounts
Attorneys
Bankers and venture capitalists
Marketing/advertising/sales professionals
Corporate executives
