A+ Strategy Leadership training is a simple system designed to teach people how to empower others by empowering themselves. It is a 12 hour course that teaches the importance of self leadership. One of the main focuses of the course is to help people understand how important every single individual is to an organization and its success. Participants will gain a better understanding of the importance of leading by example and how being an effective leader can change the lives of other individuals.
